art is an integral part of what I do, and I draw my inspiration from many
eclectic sources.
I do paintings, drawings, renderings, illustrations, floorcloths, and many other works, both on commission and as a result of my own personal inspiration. I enjoy both classical and modern themes, and I'm sure that I'll be able to please even the most discriminating palate.

So before I begin
describing what I call my 'fine art stuff', let me say that I call anything
I put in a frame or paint on stretched canvas as my fine art. Many of
the originals were commissions and are gone...some are available as prints.
Simply email me if you are interested in commissioning a new work or inquiring
whether one is available.
"At The End Of My Rope"
This piece is one of my favorite trompe L'oeil exercises. Originally painted in acrylics on canvas, it's available as a print.
It shows a Roman capital with my ever present red string being guarded by cardinal.

Something a bit different, I
suppose...this painting of an old, decorative urn was based on a very
old engraving. I added my red string, of course and this is one example
of a set of two. Available now as giclee' prints.
One example from a set of four paintings called the "Zebra Plant" series. Each image has one leaf or flower painted to look like Zebra stripes.
The images are available as giclee's in several sizes both with or without the wildlife border.
Ok....talk about different.....one
